Therapy that continues
between sessions

Anchora is a digital companion for evidence-based therapy, helping clinicians guide their patients through structured treatment protocols.

Our Mission

The most effective therapies—CBT, CPT, ACT, and others—share something in common: they work best when patients engage with the material between sessions. Yet the tools for this crucial work have barely evolved: photocopied worksheets, scattered PDFs, and email chains that get lost in crowded inboxes.

Anchora exists to solve this problem. We provide a dedicated, private space where clinicians can assign structured therapeutic homework and patients can complete it thoughtfully, at their own pace. Progress is tracked, patterns become visible, and the work between sessions becomes as intentional as the sessions themselves.

We believe that technology should support the therapeutic relationship, not replace it. Every feature we build is designed to enhance the work that happens between a clinician and their patient, never to substitute for human connection and clinical judgment.

What We Believe

Evidence over trends

We build around therapies that have been rigorously tested and proven effective, not whatever is currently popular.

Privacy is sacred

Mental health data deserves the highest level of protection. We treat your information with the care it requires.

Complement, don't replace

Technology should enhance the therapeutic relationship, not try to substitute for human connection and expertise.

Simplicity matters

Good tools stay out of the way. We focus on clarity and ease of use, especially during difficult moments.

Therapists, psychologists, counselors, and social workers who use structured, evidence-based approaches and want to extend their impact between sessions.

Patients
