Description of Service

Anchora is a digital platform that supports the therapeutic process by providing tools for clinicians to assign worksheets and assessments, and for patients to complete therapeutic homework between sessions. The Service is designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health treatment.

Important Medical Disclaimer

Anchora is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your mental health provider or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911), go to your nearest emergency room, or call the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
